We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that during the Holiday season and other periods of high volume, your order may take longer to process.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First-Class Mail. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add CottonSnaps to your “Safe” list.
We here at CottonSnaps, Inc. guarantee every product we sell to be of the highest quality and standards. If a product you receive does not meet our standards, we will exchange your order within 15 days of your purchase. Items must be sent back in the same condition as sent. We cannot accept products that have been worn, torn, or damaged in any capacity. CottonSnaps, Inc. will exchange the unused item for one of equal value.
If the item you like is sold out, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to provide you with an approximate restock date and notify you as soon as the item is available for purchase.
HOW TO CLEAN
We recommend hand-washing with mild detergent and let air dry. Being magnetic, we highly discourage from putting in the washer and drying machine.
Currently, we do not have a catalog for consumers. Our most current styles, prices, and collections will be available on our web store.
